Are There Rules Around Who I Can Partner With?

The majority shareholder of the studio must be a certified Modo Yoga Teacher.  If there are multiple shareholders, 51% or more of the shares must be held by a  Modo teacher. Any investors (that are not teachers) can never exceed more than 49% ownership.

Any partner who plans to be involved in the operations of the studio must be a certified Modo teacher.
